Layn AI

Tajweed, made visible.

Learn tajweed in the text itself: colours in the mushaf, each rule named in its legend, and explained with its source when you ask.

See it, hear it, understand it.

See the rules.

Tajweed colours mark the rules in the text; the legend names each one.

Hear them applied.

A slow, clear teaching recitation of the passage you study.

Ask why.

Ask what a rule means and when it applies. The answer cites its sources.

Practise what you learn.

Recite the passage: a letter said wrong is caught, you hear it from the reciter, and you say it again.

Questions, answered.

What is tajweed?

Tajweed is the discipline of reciting the Qur’an with attention to its established pronunciation and recitation rules.

What is the difference between tajweed and memorisation?

Memorisation concerns retaining the words; tajweed concerns how the Qur’an is recited. A tool may support one without correctly evaluating the other.

What does the coach catch?

A skipped word, a wrong word and a letter said wrong. You hear the reciter say it, then recite the verse again until it is checked.

And the fine rules of tajweed?

Tajweed colours mark them in the mushaf and Layn AI explains each one. For rules such as the length of a madd or a ghunna, your teacher’s ear stays the reference.
